The Marshfield Blue Jays fell to the Bolivar Liberators 2-7, Tuesday night at Marshfield’s home field. The Jays played hard, but just couldn’t best the older Bolivar team. The first goal of the game was made by the Jays only senior Thomas Hyde. The second goal was made in the second half by James Reese with the assist by Willis Zirschky. The JV team narrowly lost by a 3-4 score. The crowds continue to grow at the games. We look forward to another exciting home game Thursday night against the Willard Tigers. The JV Team will take the field at 4:30, with the Varsity game under the lights at approximately 6:00 . GO JAYS!!!
