We are very pleased with the turn out we had for the Middle School Boys team. We have 18 players on the team and hopefully will have a similar turnout for the girls this Fall. Coaching the team will be Danny O’Neal, Lauren Owen and Mathew Jernigan.
We are also very happy to announce that Chris Hanlon, a former professional player , former college coach and ODP coach in Iowa, and currently the Director of Coaching for the Total Soccer Club as well as the newly formed PDL team Springfield Demize, will be coaching our Middle School boys, to get them ready for the indoor season. Chris will be assisted by Brett Thomas, currently the only professional soccer player coaching in the Springfield area. Chris is instumental in helping our soccer program develop in the Marshfield area. We would like to give a BIG thanks to the Marshfield Optimist Club for helping to make that happen. With a strong Middle School program, we look forward to having a stronger and better High School program.
